Taking a DRIVE
Yesterday, Lar and the kids and I took a drive. It was nice just to get out of the house and be together as a family… We had no place to go and had no destination, except to get home by 5pm for Shelby’s Soccer Camp.
We headed East towards Jerome… and then north towards Sedona… We brought a picnic basket full of lunch and our bathingsuits (just in case). After driving by Slide Rock in Sedona… and seeing that the lot was full to park and there were about 25 cars in line, we went to a little park (with an AMAZING VIEW) to eat instead… then up Oak Canyon to Flagstaff…down to Williams and saw the TRAINS!!! (boys dream come true) and then to Ashforn back home with 10 minutes to spare to get Shelby to camp!!! What can I say.. Lar is good! LOL
